Steps to reproduce:

File > Preferences > Settings and look for "py test". Checkbox has "unit testing" that should be changed to "testing"

We should be changing all 3. Right now only pytest is altered.

There are also others, search for the "unit testing" in search box, and change all occurences of "unittest/unit tests" to "tests".
