Code lens are not updated immediately after changing the setting enableCodeLens

Testing microsoft/vscode#33297

• Have the folder setting in stringutil folder

"go.enableCodeLens": {
		"references": true,
		"runtest": true
	}

• Open reverse_test.go and check the code lens for running test is shown
• Change the runtest value to false

It is expected to remove the code lens after the change is done. But code lens are remove only after switching to a different file and back to it
