Creating a dedicated issue to track the problem raised by @dsyme in #273 (comment).
The #r "b.dll" seems to fail incorrectly, as b.dll resides next to a.fsx. Workaround is to change the ref to #r "./b.dll", which causes different crawling codepath in FSI (why?).
