Upgrade Antlr to latest version of Antlr 3 (or higher).

Currently I know nothing about Antlr, so this is going to take some research.

You may want to look at https://github.com/pitermarx/NCalc-Edge and https://github.com/pitermarx/NCalc2 - perhaps you could team up. It seems wasteful to create 2 parallel versions of the same library.
