Gaia Crusaders freeze on lvl 3

Video freezes at this point of the game.

Thanks for the report, I will try to track it down.

Anything special I should know, other than choosing the "Fred" character? I have played through myself and not seen it crash yet.

I did another playthrough with the same character and the freeze did not occur.
I suggest you either put this on the backburner until I can reproduce it or I close the issue and reopen if needed. I am fine with both approachs.
