MetacelloVersionValidator fails printing in P7 due to missing `Object>>name` #486

Object>>name was removed in P7, so nextPutAll: self callSite name asString; will fail if callSite is e.g. a symbol.

to reproduce:

class := BaselineOf subclass: #BaselineOfIssue.

class compile: 'baseline: spec
	spec
		for: #common
		do: [ spec package: ''Issue'' with: [ spec requires: #(''Missing'') ] ]'.

validations := MetacelloVersionValidator validateBaseline: class.
validations first printString.
