When launching from scratch, user sees a static fox for a long time - would be nice to have some sort of animation

When bringing the app in to the foreground, user also sees a static fox before Face ID kicks in - could be nice to have an unlock animation or something

@bdresser @cjeria FYI: The animated fox won't work on android. The performance for animating an SVG is terrible :(

Per mobile check in today! Animated fox is a no-go, should be fine to use some other progress bar, spinner, simple indicator of loading @cjeria

@omnat has some awesome insights / examples in this deck

Discussed earlier today with @omnat and @cjeria. We're going to get a lottie animation for this screen from a designer. Pushing to public beta,
