Advanced Gas Controls - not working on confirmation page #6136

Describe the bug
Cannot modify gas once on confirmation page. Clicking up/down arrows, and manually editing the text fail.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to settings
Enable advanced gas controls
Send eth or token
Click Next
Attempt to modify gas

Expected behavior
Users should be able to increase or decrease both fields on the confirmation page prior to selecting "confirm".

Browser details (please complete the following information):
Tested on:

OS: Windows, Ubuntu
Browser Chrome, Firefox
MetaMask Version v.6.0
Occurs both in full screen mode, and extension window
