Connecting to Kovan shows Ropsten loading message

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Click extension icon.
Select "Main" network.
Select "Kovan" network.

Shows "Connecting to Ropsten Test Network"

Expected behavior
Shows "Connecting to Kovan test Network"

Browser details (please complete the following information):

Browser: Chrome
Metamask Version: 4.9.3
Beta UI
