[Figma] Create "<<" and ">>" icons

[Akatori-Design]

Description

• Create two missing icons "<<" & ">>" and add to Figma library.
• Export svg to share

The goal is to make these icons available so extension feature dev can use DS components in their UI updates related to this PR

Technical Details

• Add arrow-double-left and arrow-double-right icons to the Icon component in Figma

Acceptance Criteria

• There are "<<" and ">>" icons in Figma
• Provide optimized SVGs to devs for code implementation
