Latest Release Missing Build

On the latest release, we are missing the Build folder, which was present in previous releases. I think a step is missing on the pipeline added here https://github.com/MetaCell/PsyNeuLinkView/pull/154/files to make this happen

Here we see the Build folder on release https://github.com/MetaCell/PsyNeuLinkView/releases/tag/0.0.5-rc1, but it's not present on what's marked as Latest release here on the repo https://github.com/MetaCell/PsyNeuLinkView/releases/tag/0.0.100.
