Mentoring centers - expenses

The following details will be retrieved for each center from the /api/v1/centers/:id/expenses endpoint:

• dropdowns for choosing the month and year of the expenses
• Add item button for adding expense items
• list of expenses, with each item containing:
  • input field for name of expense
  • input field for amount
  • Recurring checkbox
  • delete icon
• underneath the list of expenses, the following information will be shown:
  • total of expenses for the chosen month
  • amount paid for the chosen month (input field)
  • balance (green if positive, red if negative and black if 0)

On the bottom right of the window, there will be a Cancel and a Save button for saving the entered information.
