Hello, may I ask why the R=0~0.4 part is missing when I draw the P-R curve? What could be the underlying reason

This suggests that your recall may fall within the range of 0.4-1.0. Alternatively, you can analyze the pixel count in the edge map between 0.0-1.0 to identify the issue.
