The idea would be that when creating a customer, the address number can be specified, then ECM retrieves the necessary information from ABACUS and saves it on the customer. If changes are made to the customer in ABACUS, ECM automatically synchronizes with the new changes. The customer can also be edited directly in ECM; these changes should then be saved directly in ABACUS.
If the address number is entered for an existing customer, the corresponding information is retrieved from ABACUS and overwrites the information that was previously saved in ECM for the customer.
