not recognizing blasted sequences

I have a physcraper run blasted with the ncbi local database on the cluster. Got the whole run directory into my local computer and tried to run physcraper again, just to generate the tree again.

I thought it would recognize the sequences that were already blasted, but it tried blasting remotely.
