Draconic evolution compat / config creation

Issue description:
No draconic evolution support, and trying to create a config with /rftoolsdim config draconic.json draconicevolution, which makes a config that should add compatibility for the mod, but even after restarting the game, it doesn't.

Steps to reproduce:
Run the game in forge 1.20.1
have draconic evolution and rftoolsdim
try to use block absorber on draconium ore, block, and ore variants
doesn't work even after creating a config with /rftoolsdim config

Versions:

• Minecraft: 1.20.1
• Forge: 47.3.0
• McJtyLib:1.20-8.0.5
• RFTools:1.20-5.0.4
• RFTools Dimensions: 1.20-11.0.7

After making a config did you make a datapack from the generated config? It's not THAT easy

any updates on this by chance? would like a draconic evolution series blocks realm as well
