BUG: 无法从下拉通知的快捷方式开关中启动 #794

描述问题

预期行为：当App完全关闭时，点击下拉通知里的“NekoBox开关”图标能启动

实际行为：当App完全关闭时，无法启动。只有App在运行时才有效。
已经在手机管家里允许了自启动，各种权限几乎都允许了。系统是MIUI13。V2RayNG是可以的
