[feature request] "Refresh" pully menu action in "Show as Text"

Hello,

Thank you very much for this very nice file manager, using it on a daily basis. One of the things I do often is checking a specific log file, by navigating to it and using "Show as text". Now it would be very handy if the plaintext view had a refresh feature, either at the top or in a bottom pull menu.
