Different types of articles ("main sections") #180

Add a field to the article type with a dropdown list that allows people to choose one of the "main sections" for articles, as in #49. These are:

Encyclopedia
Collaborations
Exercises
Research
Papers
Books
Lectures

(Once this is complete, we will still want tags, but they are likely to just be freeform tags and/or new work to make an MSC-based virtual forum.)

With the exception of "Books", "Papers", and "Lectures" (which mean something else), this is done.
