[Feature Request]: Push notifications

Problem Description

I want to replicate the behavior of the official YouTube app to send a push notification when a channel you are subscribed to has a new upload.

Proposed Solution

This would involve adding a flag to subscriptions that would denote if the user is interested in receiving push notifications for this channel. There would also need to be a push notification in background Cordova plugin. I'm sure there is one, but I haven't looked into it.

Alternatives Considered

This could be a pointless addition as push notifications can be annoying.
