Currently there are to set probe X and Y offset users must compile their own code, or use M851 command to set the offset. however for users that don't know how to compile their own code, or do not have the ability to send gcodes via USB (or not know how to manually create a gcode file, it's not possible for them to configure the X and Y offsets.
Additionally it would be very useful to use the LCD to set the offset for the Probe.
NOTE: There is already a way to configure the Z-Probe Offset via the LCD.
Steps to Reproduce
On the LCD go to Configuration
Set Probe to Nozzle Offset
Choose between X, Y or Z
