Add Scene Detection to avoid weird warping artifacts on scene changes

There i am again, hi!

Many tools which implement DAIN/CAIN/Rife are using some sort of scene detection method to avoid warping artifacts on scene changes. That would improve the output quality by a lot, especially on videos with lots of scene changes (for example, anime openings).

Is there a possibility you can add that too? :)
and if you dont have much time, just tell me, i would try to find a way to implement such a fuction too.
