Acces to Rate-limiting information

Hello,

I have contacted support a couple of days ago with timeout issues when hitting the API. I have had no response so far. I am hitting timeouts again this morning. I am wondering if it might be rate-limit related. Is there any way to access the rate-limit information like on a char somewhere? Other than setting the SDK to debug information and reading logs.
