Whenever I try to apply a new icon image to a system app and hit apply, it quits and doesn't replace the icon picture.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to "System apps"
  2. Click and drag any icon PNG or icos file to any icon
  3. Scroll down to 'Apply' and click on it
  4. See error
  • macOS: Sequoia
  • Version 15.0
