Safari Icon not shown, and Finder icon cannot be changed

Describe the bug
Icon Champ worked perfectly until about 6 months ago. Safari no longer showed, and finder app not change. Sounds like not a big deal, but the ENTIRE reason I paid for the app was to change the dock icons so a theme doesn't look very nice when 6/8 are nice looking and circular but then 2 standard icons stick out.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Icon Champ Icon app
2. Click on System Apps
3. Scroll down to Safari
4. Icon does not exist.

Expected behavior
Safari app should be there and Finder app should change.

Additional context
Are developers even working on this app? The same issues exist by other users for months without responses or solutions. Is there a different app I can try that works?
