A flag for the entrypoint and corresponding functionality should be created to enable the bulk building locally.

Values, to be set as env variable in GitLab CI could be set by parameters or config file.
GitLab API checks to identify changed files could be turned of with it or with an extra flag.
Images could be stored with sregistry, remote or locally, or in the local path structure.
