When the Toolbox->Lighting->Background is black the Time cannot be seen #76

Because there is no way to change the time label color (default black) it cannot be seen when the background is set to black.

Probably should add a Time Labels tab to the Lighting dialog (similar to Toolbox->Color Bar->Labels
