Landing on the home page you will see a sign in form. Use your email and password to sign in.
If user sign up is enabled, you will see the link below sign in form. Click on it to view the sign up form.
Dashboard allows to have a quick overview of what is going on in general and in team. By default, dashboard displays all events ordered by date.
You can see only Team events by clicking on the team name in the Sidebar menu.
To view your contacts hit the People icon in the Topbar and select Contacts in the Sidebar menu.
Teams are listed in the sidebar under Team Contacts section. By clicking on a team, you can view contacts of this team.
To create a new contact, hit the Create contact button in the Sidebar. Fill in the name field and add email, address, phone and company if you like.
To block a contact hit the Block button in the bottom right corner of the contact form. You will see a notification message confirming your action. Block button will be replaced with Unblock button. To unblock the contact simply click on Unblock button.
Message view is organised in two columns: list of messages ordered by date on the left and message viewer on the right. You can scroll through the messages list and click on a message to view it.
To view the message info, such as sender, date, labels click on the chevron icon placed on the right of the recipient name. You can add labels to a message.
To compose a message, hit the Compose button in the Sidebar menu. In the To field start entering first letters to see autocompletion. Enter subject and set label.
You can choose form upload files or upload a new file.
To enter Fullscreen view, hit the expand icon in the top right corner of the compose dialog. To close expanded view click on the shrink icon.
Messages are organised in threads. You can reply, reply to all, forward message.
To reply quickly to a message, you can use Quick reply icon placed near the date.
To forward a message simply click on the Forward arrow icon in the top right corner.
To download attached file click on it
You can move a message to Archive, Trash or any custom created folder.
To create a new folder click on the Plus icon on the right of the Folders heading in the Sidebar.
For Sent messages you can view the status. If a message was read it will be indicated.
If a message was not read it will be able to modify it.
By default, five folders are created: Documents, Pictures, Downloads, Attached, Shared.
To upload a new file, click the File Upload button in the Sidebar. Select label, then click on the Select button and choose file(s) to upload, then all files selected, click Upload button. Note, that the file will be uploaded to the current folder, so if you'd like to upload file to the particular folder, you should go to this folder first. Or you can upload file to whatever folder and move it the a proper folder later.
To download a file simply click on its name.
To move a file to another folder, click on the file line and choose Move option in the actions menu displayed on the top right of the files table.
You can manage multiple versions of the same file and publish one of them without loosing previous versions.
To edit User settings, hit on the default user icon in the right top corner of the Topbar, then select Setting in the dropdown menu.
In your Profile settings, you can edit your name, photo, add extra email, phone, address and company files using Add field button, you can also change you password.
To change picture, click on the default image and choose a picture from the list. If you don't have any file uploaded yet, go to Files and upload a picture file. Save your changes by clicking Save button.
To change your password click on the Change Password button, enter your old and new passwords in the dialog form.
Click on the Display link in the Sidebar menu. In this section you can set interface parameters, refresh folders, set language etc.
You can easily set your signature by filling out Signature field in your profile settings.
To view and edit your personal folders, hit the Folders link in the Sidebar. Simply click on a folder to edit its name. To delete a folder click on Minus icon at the right of the folder name. Beware not to delete a folder which is in use.
To create a new custom folder, hit the Create Folder button in the Sidebar. Fill in the folder name in the form and hit Create button.
You can create personal labels for your messages, choose Shared category if you would like to share a label.
At any moment you can edit your label by simply clicking on it and filling the form.
