display_standings_on_offday
- Defaults to true. Displays standings for your preferred division when there aren't any games on the current day.

- Can now display standings when there aren't any games
- Displays pitcher name, wins/losses, and ERA on the pregame screen
- Many documentation improvements including wiki pages on hardware assembly and setting up a dedicated scoreboard service on your Raspberry Pi
