single sign out does not work from crowd

having MIDAN enabled and configured, single sign on against crowd works and login against jira local directory works, too. That is great and thanks for that much needed feature. What we noticed is that single sign out only works when triggered from jira but not from crowd. When I log out from crowd, I am still logged in to jira. When first logging out from jira, I am also logged out from crowd. The process works fine without Midan, ie standard SSO authenticator enabled in jira.
