Extend testing to include macOS. Will fail until the hole binary for macOS is build and uploaded from https://github.com/ianmkenney/conda-hole2

@ianmkenney is this still an open issue? We have macOS conda packages https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/hole2 so there's really nothing preventing us from fixing it.
