Could you please update the README with instructions on how to use the generated file?

I am using the template using flavours but was unfortunately not able to load the theme in doom emacs.

Any help would be appreciated.

The generated file should be named doom-base16-theme.el. It should be placed in the custom-theme-directory, which by default is .config/doom/themes
