how to access other cloud data-sets
how to access MAAP STAC / VEDA
how to request new data sets

I noticed a few data requests recently that demonstrated:

a semi-private data-set where the exact permissions were not clear
a request for a dataset that's already in EarthData Cloud, which can already be accessed by MAAP
