Add post export dialog

I didn't know that XPrivacy wrote exported data to the sdcard. I assumed that if I didn't send it by mail/upload it somewhere it was lost.

How about adding a dialog that says.

Restrictions saved to /sdcard/.xprivacy
Do you want to upload/send them?

I didn't want to add a new dialog, but there will be a popup showing the exported file name in the next release.
