Duplicate buttons in exit prompt box

I got 4 buttons in the exit prompt box.

portable version, 2.8+

Operating System information
Windows 11

To Reproduce

1. go to "preferences"
2. enable "prompt before exit"
3. exit the software
4. got the weird prompt box
