### Steps to reproduce

 i opened Stability Matrix Pressed the Green Down Arrow to update it starts Loading the Update but then that Whole Error List Appears

im not sure but i think you need to delete StabilityMatrix/Packages/stable-diffusion-webui-forge/.git/ index.lock

i will try it lets hope it works if it does than that can be the fix if the dev ever decides to fix the whole issue
