InvokeAI failes to update #932
Comments
The latest release v5.1 fails to install as well |
I've tried to update v5.0.2 to v.5.1.0 and it broke my installation. I tried updating multiple times with different errors popping up. It kept statting I have v5.0.2 and it didn't want to start anymore. I tried deleting it in full and reinstalling it and got this: ... × Getting requirements to build wheel did not run successfully. note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip. × Getting requirements to build wheel did not run successfully. ... |
Sorry folks, I missed this one & replied in the other issue: #939 (comment) We are aware and working on a fix though! Sorry again! |
Thank you! I've just noticed the new version v5.1.1 and tried to update again from 5.0.2 but that version fails too... Here to say I am trying to install InvokeAI for the first time and ran into this error also. The "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'torch'" EDIT: Update of Stability Matrix has fixed this. |
There's an update of Stability Matrix that fixed the issue. Do the update first, then update InvokeAI. That fixed it for me. 👍🏻 |
