Many of these have been stubbed in already, however there's a lot more that have been found and these will likely all need some sort of stub to become functional, several of them will likely need to be dummied (i.e. treated specifically as R/W without functionality), while others will need to be functionally useful.
A list of some of the known registers from the past and present is here, however M1N1 source code itself (with it's list of registers) is likely a better guide at this point.
