I would like to add an adsense tag "amp-auto-ads" but it does not pass validation in amp?
How can I make it work?

There's an open pull request for adding amp-sticky-ad that would be a good reference. Adding the amp-auto-ad to the Context class will help.
We accomplished this on my team by creating and applying a local patch.
