Curently, the addon does not use correctly github's release feature. We are releasing a new version by edit the changelog file and adjust the config.yaml

This can cause headaches as earlier we saw eg with #126 or #152 where the PR was not released or even we can not push dev (interim/prereleses) build without override the official packages.
