[1.18] [Feature Request] Ability to un/lock recipes behind configurations of the multiblock

Basically the Data system. Upgradeable machines, so you need a certain tier of say coils to run a given recipe. Currently you can set data per machine, but you can't change it.

Ideally this would be able to handle single blocks and multiple, replacements and additions.

If this is KubeJS only that would be totally fine.

I think SetupRecipeEvent would be useful to implement this feature, just provide some data about the multi-block and we can decide if this multi-block can run this recipe. Perhaps we could improve the SetupRecipeEvent.

Some better documentation/implementation would be appreciated. Currently I have no idea how that would work
