I've been investigating this issue further and I found the audio desync only happens in windowed mode. All videos below are recorded on the latest dev snapshot (0.6-239-g8fbcf5e).
First part is fullscreen, second part is windowed. Pay attention to the sound of the shoe hitting the floor.

On the OpenGL PR build (1983), this bug happens regardless of whether I use the fullscreen or windowed modes.

There's a second or 2 difference between the action and sound in the third cutscene, this is evident when Bartoli and Lara starts exchanging shots.
