Provide CLI mechanism to open prefpane #84

I've installed the package using brew but am unable to find SwiftDefaultApps.prefpane via spotlight. So now I'm unable to use the tool! :(

It would be great if the tool had a cli mechanism to open it up so that if ones spotlight cant open it that would not be the end.

Try open ~/Library/PreferencePanes/SwiftDefaultApps.prefpane
