Brew installation guide: Wrong default path

When installing via Homebrew, the path of the Do Nothing app has changed from what's written in the guide. It's now in the user directory, so the path changes from

/Library/PreferencePanes/...

to

~/Library/PreferencePanes/...

The README already states:

If, when you installed the Preferences Pane, you only installed it for the current user, replace /Library with ~/Library in the two commands below

But since that's the default for Homebrew, I think this should be switched.

I've never liked Homebrew, I'm a macports user.
That said, I realize most of the users of this app come from Homebrew.

If somebody makes a PR with a better script to detect where the app actually is and run it, I'll merge it.

I'm working on retooling the whole thing quite a bit anyway, starting with moving away from PreferencePanes.
