maybe save the downloading file as "temp" and rename on complete, then exclude read dir for "temp" files

BETTER: make it work with mongo (then I can link thumbnails, etc.)

use temp folder to store files as original names, then move on complete.
this way I can get the total size of current videos and temp files won't overwrite.
