插入音频不会自动播放，无论是本地上传，媒体库，还是外链，都无法播放，短代码可行。另外，请教一下大大，如何设置，才会达到壁纸下载页面出现大量壁纸，现在只能出现文章所用的壁纸

音频 pc 是可以自动播放的，手机上需要滚动才会播放

壁纸需要放到文章媒体库，不需要插入到正文

除了短代码，其他插入音频的方式，都不会自动播放音频，播放的按钮会变灰，不能操作，而且图片需要设置附加，才能达到我想要的效果
