Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When the Subscribers-only mode/Members-only chat is enabled in Live Chat, you are greeted with annoying toast message every time you try to type message, regardless of once seen or not.

Describe the solution you'd like

Would be great if there is option to turn off toast message. This will help reducing the annoyance of reminder that appears when you type in chat every time you open the Live Chat.

Expected behavior

It should be able to disable the toast message in Live Chat settings.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None.

Anything else?

None.
