Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I have 2 monitors and almost always watch VODs for the streams because of time zones, but the fact that I cannot watch the VODs in full screen and chat together when there's no chat on screen.

Describe the solution you'd like

Is it possible (I searched but did not find anything similar) to have a Pop out window for the chat box when watching VODs, (like the one when watching Lives)

Expected behavior

When pressing the 3 dots on the top right, instead of only timestamp and feedback button there's also the "Open chat in a new window" button that when pressed there's another window that pop up with the chat

Describe alternatives you've considered

I tried searching for anything that allows me to do this and the only thing I found is an overlay chat, that adds some clutter for lives such as 3D concerts

Anything else?
