The current implementation requires agents to respond within 30 seconds, which is insufficient in some cases (e.g. web surfer). Additionally, users are not notified when an agent fails to generate a reply within time limit

What to do

  • extend the default response time limit from 30 seconds to 120 seconds
  • implement a configurable option for response time limit
