Describe the bug

有的时候输入stop关服会出现崩服

To Reproduce

玩家刚进服没多久 输入stop后是直接显示info啥的BOOM着关的 但server-latest.log里没有任何info的崩服信息 而是显示了正常的关服

Expected behavior

输入stop后应该会正常关闭服务器
